You will exchange traffic with at least 3 members, we do not require you to have an open peering policy but your selective/restrictive policy should be public and the same for everyone.
Your peering policy cannot be limited by traffic ratios, we promote direct peering, some partners will have heavy upstream others heavy downstream.
The capacity of the sponsored port is 1Gbps flat-rate or 1Gbps CDR on a 10Gbps burst. If your network brings value for all our peering partners higher volume ports will also be sponsored.
Any recurring datacenter patching costs will be charged to the member 1:1 without margin. Structured cabling on our side is included in the setup fee.
